This project involved restoring a derelict residential property in Ellenbrook. The home required a complete interior repaint, covering the ceilings, walls, doors, and frames. Our team faced the additional challenge of replacing a number of interior doors that were too damaged to be repaired.
We began by prepping all surfaces, ensuring a clean and smooth base for the paint. Using a sprayer, we painted the ceilings, while paint rollers and brushes were employed for the walls, doors, and frames. We used Dulux paint throughout the property to guarantee a high-quality and durable finish.
The transformation was significant, turning a neglected and damaged property into a fresh, inviting home. The new paint and door replacements not only improved the interior aesthetics but also increased the property’s value and appeal, making it ready for new occupants or resale.
